We stand behind our affordable fashion essentials with a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Most items can be returned or exchanged, with just a few exceptions to keep in mind.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear (from our Swimwear category) cannot be returned unless faulty

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible, including all tags.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our Brighton address (provided in your return approval email) using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Information
