We stand behind our affordable fashion essentials with a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Most items can be returned or exchanged, with just a few exceptions to keep in mind.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear (from our Swimwear category) cannot be returned unless faulty
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make it easier.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible, including all tags.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Brighton address (provided in your return approval email) using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Information
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If your requested exchange item isn’t available, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the new item unless the original item was faulty
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear (unless faulty or incorrect item received)
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
